Description:

The ACPL Genealogy Center is a unique and valuable resource for the Northeastern Indiana community and the entire genealogical community at large. 

It is home to the Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection or http://www.acpl.lib.in.us/LincolnCollection/index.htm. The Lincoln Financial Foundation Collection brings together two organizations and many thousands of objects. Management of the Collection is shared by the Indiana State Museum and the Allen County Public Library.

Taft tells Spofford that the Board of Incorporators of the American National Red Cross has unanimously voted to award Spofford the Red Cross medal of merit for volunteer services following the Italian earthquake of December 28th 1908.
